Which MeshProp product to use?

Wondering on how to choose MeshProp™ Product size per application? Or looking to specify the product? We’ve simplified the process for you below.

Firstly, we need to look at the desired application & what you’re looking at using the MeshProp™ for. There are various applications in concrete elements that the range encompasses, which can be split into two main categories being Floors & Foundations. As the design of different structural elements may vary between different design engineers & design requirements, we offer only a guide to using our products and the final deciding factors of criterion such as concrete cover, position & placement of reinforcement, design specific usages etc.

• Ground Floor slabs,
• suspended slabs
• raft foundations
• strip footings
• conventional pad footings

Floors:

Wondering on how to choose MeshProp™ Product size per floor size? Refer to the table below for a quick guide.

Foundations:

For applications of foundation reinforcement stools/cover chairs, we strongly recommend using MeshProp ™ 65 Profile. This shall provide a cover of approximately 75mm.

Load Table:

Whether it be a floor or foundation, we’ve prepared a load table for you to determine the spacing required for your MeshProp ™.
